CCL-45 CAN FILLERCCL-45 Counter Pressure Filling System utilizes technology usually only found in large rotary systems and scales it down to an affordable canning line. To maintain a quality fill the CCL-45 features CO2 Pre-Purge, Integrated Snift feature, Full control of the filling cycle, and pump powered product storage tank to increase tank pressure to keep beverages in solution at higher carbonation levels.  

SH-45 SINGLE HEAD SEAMER

With speeds of 45 to 55 cans per minute the SH-45 Single Head Seamer is the right fit for the CCL-45 Can Filler.  The Mechanical Operation with positive can placement is durable and reliable. The seamer is easily operated directly from the CODI Filler CCL-45 touch screen interface.

Can Pro information

The CANPRO filling system is a state-of-the-art, high-speed, mechanically controlled can filling system designed around proven European counter-pressure-gravity filling technology and can seaming technology.

​The CANPRO is designed to fill beer in a variety of can sizes and volumes offering today’s craft brewers a wide range of flexibility. The CANPRO filling systems achieve filling speeds ranging from 80 cans per minute up to 600 cans per minute (355 ml) while delivering very precise fill levels, very low O2 pickup and minimal product loss.

The CANPRO fillers incorporate a highly engineered, and superior manufactured, rotary, high-speed, precision can seaming system that produces perfectly seamed cans while minimizing O2 pickup and product loss. The seaming machine is integrated into the can filling system with a common-base design and a high-speed tangential can discharge ensuring optimal high speed can control, very low O2 pickup and superior product integrity.

PLC CONTROLS & ELECTRONIC AUTOMATION​

​CanPro fillers utilize reliable and respected industrial PLCs and components from Siemens S7-1200 for superior automation and production reliability.
 
The Siemens PLC monitors all functions of the system ranging from filling bowl level and pressure settings, product temperature, container presence, container jam, can-end presence, production speed, and many other critical parameters.
 
The integrated PLC with the Siemens 10”  color touchscreen HMI  displays all functions, conditions and alarm messages.

CO2 Purge, Counter Pressure Fill, and CO2 Snift

Unlike inline can fillers that don’t seal the can, the CanPro filler utilizes true counter-pressure-gravity filling technology to purge the can with CO2 before filling, positively seal the can while filling, and snift the can after filling.
 
These functions help the CanPro filler deliver industry leading 30ppb (parts per billion) O2 pickup, tighter fill control, and automatic operation.​

ROTARY SEAMING TECHNOLOGY

Unlike inline, intermittent seaming systems the CanPro Can seamer is a true, continuous motion rotary seaming system.
 
This delivers more consistent seaming performance, smoother can transfer, better fill control and reduced O2 pickup. In fact, integrated under-cover gassing virtually eliminates oxygen pickup.

The sensors monitor beer level while the PLC control system maintains optimum filling control to deliver very precise can filling level control. Customers gain 1-3% yield improvement over inline, intermittent motion style can fillers that are based on time filling technology.
